Why is my plan changing?
Beginning February 1, 2022 our portfolio of plans will change to better reflect our customers’ needs and help cover the rising cost of service delivery. Most customers will see the change effective on their February bill date.
Can I keep my old plan?
No, the previous plans will be retired and automatically replaced with the new plans. For most customers this will occur on their February bill date.
Is there a new commitment associated with this change?
No, there is not a commitment term associated with this change. Review your account at myHughesNet.com or on the HughesNet Mobile App.
Does the plan change expire?
No, the plan and price changes do not have an expiration date.
How do I receive the extra data?
The new plans include 50% more data than the previous plans. The extra data will automatically be included in the monthly data for your account. Â View account usage at myHughesNet.com or on the HughesNet Mobile App.
When will my plan and price change?
Most customers will see the change effective on their February bill date. For some customers it may occur in a future phase. The date of the change corresponds to your account tenure with Hughes. You will be notified 30-days in advance of the change via mailed letter and/or on your billing statement email. I didn’t receive a notification, will my plan and price change?
Yes, all customers prior to February 1, 2022 will receive the plan and price change. The date of the change corresponds to your account tenue with Hughes. You will be notified 30-days in advance of the change via mailed letter and/or on your billing statement email. Where can I view my Plan information?
You can view plan options on the HughesNet Mobile App or myHughesNet.com. From the top menu select ‘Shop’ and then ‘Change Plan‘.
